Dear Miss Smartypants, Dear Oh, Man, Lady, you don't have to deep throat it all the damn time! You can use your tongue and lips to pretty damn good effect, so start there. Nibble. You might also consider putting a hand around the shaft to give you something more manageable. Concentrate on the tip. Mostly, though, you need to talk the dick-haver in this situation about what he likes, bearing in mind your mouth size. I'm certain that if you openly discuss it and aren't afraid to try out different techniques, you will find something that works. And, now, a PSA: you can get STIs this way, so be safe.
