Penny Arcade is a long running and extremely popular webcomic written by Jerry Holkins and illustrated Mike Krahulik.  The duo's site receives more than two million page views daily!  Their strip is primarily focused on video games and D&D style gaming culture.  As such, the jokes can often be too obscure for non-gamers such as myself.  That said, every once in a while the comic is so universal that an entire generation has no problem getting the joke:
